For catering services, please place orders online using Catertrax. This is mandatory as these will be the only forms accepted. Please place all orders separately, i.e., breakfast one order, lunch a second order, and so forth.  Please keep in mind that our minimum order for delivery is 10.

Late charges will be initiated when catering orders are less than 24 hours out. When a catering request is received with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 late fee will be assessed and included in the catering invoice.

Overtime dollars will be added to the catering invoice if service is required after 3pm or is service is required on weekends or on a Track A Off Friday. Any customer requesting this service will be notified immediately of the additional charges to allow for the opportunity to reschedule the event.

Wait staff charges will be added to the catering invoice when the event requires plated service or any other requirement of a wait staff. Any customer that requests this service will be notified immediately that additional charges will be incurred to allow the opportunity to change the service level. These charges will be on the invoice.

Catering prices, as listed on the catering website, are for buffet service only. Plated service will be at an additional cost.

Delivery charges will be applied to any catering event that is not on the Waterton Campus. If a customer requests that catering be delivered beyond the Waterton Campus, a $25 delivery charge will be assessed. There is a minimum of $100 per order for any off site catering, which includes the $25 delivery fee. Additional $25 delivery charge is added per $500

No additional labor charges will be applied to any catering event without prior approval and understanding by the customer. Once approved by the customer, documentation will be attached to the catering invoice.

Cancellation Fees: Any order cancelled the day of the event will be charged the full catering invoice. Any order cancelled in the 24 hour period preceding the event will be charged 15% of the total invoice.
